Yesterday we went to a marriage reception of our software engineering madam. It was amazing to see the whole class attending the reception. We planned to present a gift that must be worthful. We bought a cup and saucer for Rs.250. Our other friends presented an radha-krishna idol and wall hanger. We had a good dinner with idli,uthappam,etc..
We also met all our department staffs including our compiler design madam who is just married. What made us guilty was none of us attended her reception. How will she feel?
Doesn't it look unfair?
A man asked his father-in-law, "Many people praised you for a successful marriage. Could you please share with me your secret?" The father-in-law answered in a smile, "Never criticize your wife for her shortcomings or when she does something wrong. Always bear in mind that because of her shortcomings and weaknesses, she could not find a better husband than you." We all look forward to being loved and respected.
